Gold is earned by completing Townspeople’s requests and special events. You can also purchase gold in exchange for real money from the game’s Premium Store.
You can access the Premium Store by tapping on the plus (+) sign next to the gold total displayed at the upper right-hand corner of the game screen.
Gold can be used to purchase items from the Craft Shop, Décor Shop, and Magic Shop. Gold is also used to plant most crops.
